  For parts management, the Parts and Service module offers integrated OEM and distributor price books with quarterly updates, electronic microfiche support, pick lists, purchase orders, stock levels, bar code scanning and label printing. A new addition for 2004 is the TCS Wireless Suite, which offers real-time inventory management utilizing wireless, bar code scanner equipped Symbol PDAs.

  For service management, the Parts and Service module offers complete customer care management capability. Along with supporting the expected features such as estimates, repair orders, tech sheets, pick lists, canned jobs, flat rates, warranty claims, invoicing and accounts receivable reporting, TCS offers several innovative features, such as; the ability to scan parts directly into active repair orders; the ability to produce reports demonstrating technician productivity; custom report generation and the ability of handling internal work orders that may be charged back to boats currently in inventory, that are being repaired or rigged for a pending sale.

 The Boat Finance and Insurance module will help your business office and sales department to manage your major inventory items, as well as the entire sales process. Boats may be pre-configured with manufacturer and dealer options, priced according to your predefined margin levels (on a per model basis) and placed into inventory with ease. Your salespeople will always have a current view of boats in stock and on order, and when your customer is ready to make the commitment, boats may be further customized with options and repriced to produce an accurate sales contract, eliminating the potential for costly human errors. Boat spec sheets may be readily printed for your sales display or boat show.

 Further processing of the deal in your business office is simple with built-in support for bank finance contract printing, extended warrantees, credit life, trades, DMV forms and rigging sheets.
